Return & Refund Policy

Because each ring is handcrafted and made to order, we approach returns a little differently than mass-produced jewelry—while still keeping things fair and straightforward.

​Size Exchanges

We offer one complimentary size exchange for U.S. customers.

  • A return shipping label for the original ring will be provided by WoodRings Workshop

  • We’ll also cover shipping for the replacement ring

  • Additional resizing or exchanges beyond the first may require a small fee to cover shipping and handling

Each order includes a small sanding disc that allows for minor fit adjustments if needed.

Returns

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our rings, returns for refund are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your ring arrives with an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Any ring that breaks within 30 days will be replaced free of charge, after we receive proof of the broken ring.

Custom & Personalized Items

Custom sizes or special requests are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. If you’re unsure about sizing, we strongly recommend visiting a local jeweler to try on a wide band ring before ordering.

 

Natural Materials Disclaimer

Wood is a natural material. Variations in grain, color, and pattern are part of what makes each ring unique and are not considered defects.
