Walnut Wood Ring – Fractal Burn Finish

Crafted one at a time in our workshop, each Walnut wood ring is shaped, sanded, and hand-finished to highlight the natural character of the wood.

No two rings are ever exactly alike—each piece reflects the unique grain, tone, and texture of the wood itself. Each ring comes in its own gift box with care instructions and ring conditioner; made from beeswax we harvest from our own hives.

About Walnut Wood

Walnut is a medium-toned hardwood known for its rich brown color and smooth, flowing grain. Its natural density gives each ring a solid, refined feel while maintaining a warm, organic character. With wear, walnut deepens slightly in tone, developing a mellow patina that enhances the depth and movement of the grain over time.

Finish: Fractal Burn

This finish features lightning-like patterns created through controlled electrical fractal burning, also known as Lichtenberg burning. The process follows the natural pathways within the wood, producing intricate, branching designs that can never be exactly repeated. No two fractal burn rings are alike—each one is a one-of-a-kind piece that blends natural wood grain with striking, organic patterning.

Fit & Sizing

Wide wood bands can feel slightly more snug than thin metal rings. We often recommend sizing up by ½ size for the best fit. Each ring includes a small sanding disc to allow for minor fit adjustments or smoothing the interior if needed.

For best results, we recommend visiting a local jeweler to try on a wide band ring before ordering.
